***Video consultation is NOT suitable for patients with concerning symptoms such as (non-exhaustive list). Please do not use this Telemedicine Service if you have the following:

Chest pain
Palpitations
Shortness of Breath
Severe or Persistent abdominal pain
Blood in urine
Black stools or melaena
Bleeding: vomitus, cough or from wounds
Numbness or weakness in limbs or face
Pregnancy-related complications
Visual disturbances
High Fever for more than 3 days
