- Consultation Fee (inclusive of Digital MC): $18 *
- Delivery Fee: $5 (same-day delivery) *
- Medications: as charged
- Failed / Re-delivery: $8
***Video consultation is NOT suitable for patients with concerning symptoms such as (non-exhaustive list). Please do not use this Telemedicine Service if you have the following:
- Chest pain
- Palpitations
- Shortness of Breath
- Severe or Persistent abdominal pain
- Blood in urine
- Black stools or melaena
- Bleeding: vomitus, cough or from wounds
- Numbness or weakness in limbs or face
- Pregnancy-related complications
- Visual disturbances
- High Fever for more than 3 days
